Callie Wells

Callie Wells is the Marketing and Operations Coordinator at Concrete Careers, where she combines creativity with organization to keep projects running smoothly and the brand looking sharp. With a background spanning art and design, education, and entrepreneurship, Callie brings a unique perspective to problem-solving and strategy. She is a critical thinker, known for her ability to balance creativity with structure to achieve impactful results.

She earned her B.S. in Education from Jacksonville State University in 2008 and has been a small business owner since 2013, gaining valuable experience in leadership, operations, and client service along the way.

Callie lives in small-town Alabama with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work, she is a painter and illustrator, passionate about live music, and loves traveling the world to see her favorite artists.
