Chaney Miller is a Recruiter at Concrete Careers with four years of experience connecting top talent with growing teams. Born and raised in Texas, she began her career as a pastry chef in the hospitality industry before transitioning into hospitality recruiting in 2021. Chaney brings her passion for people, strong work ethic, and attention to detail into every search.

Now working in the concrete industry, she is excited to help clients build strong, successful teams in a new field. Outside of work, Chaney lives in Texas with her husband and their three young boys under the age of four. She enjoys family life and cheering on her beloved LSU Tigers.
