Victoria Dusek is an Assistant Recruiter with five years of Talent Acquisition experience and a true love for helping people shine. Born and raised in Tampa and now happily settled in Palm Harbor, she brings a warm, upbeat energy to every search and loves cheering candidates on as they chase their goals.

Victoria is at her best in people-centered environments, where her friendly nature and eye for detail help create a smooth, positive experience for everyone she works with.

When she’s off the clock, you can usually find her enjoying live music with her musician husband or soaking up the Florida sunshine—whether that’s by the water, out boating, or spending time with friends, family, and her two dogs.
