BIM Precast Modeler/Coordinator

BIM Precast Modeler/Coordinators are responsible for:
- Creation of precast models using Revit
- Coordination with the client as well as other engineering disciplines
- Coordinating drafting team activities necessary to complete projects
- Handling project assignments and work schedules
- Detailing structural systems for commercial and manufacturing facilities. Systems include steel, concrete, and masonry. Precast concrete experience a plus
- Manage client projects as they pertain to precast drafting
- Supervising and checking the work of structural designers and sub-consultants
- Coordinating technical project requirements with project team members, including clients, project managers, designers, and engineers, as well as other disciplines
Qualifications:
- Experience with the precast concrete design industry a plus
- Proficiency in AutoDesk Revit modeling software (5+ years)
- Experience in AutoCAD a plus
- Associate's degree in related field a plus
- Ability to work independently and as a strong team player
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
