Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Address inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Support the sales team by sharing customer feedback and assisting in strategy development.
- Order Management: Oversee the entire order process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Inventory Coordination: Work with warehouse and production teams to monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Production Scheduling: Assist in planning production schedules to efficiently fulfill customer orders.
- ERP & Demand Planning: Utilize NetSuite ERP for demand planning and ensure alignment with inventory and production capabilities.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure customer orders meet quality standards and address any discrepancies promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records within the ERP system.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance customer service, inventory management, and production planning processes.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or production coordination, preferably in the manufacturing or construction materials industry.
- Experience with ERP systems for demand planning, inventory tracking, and order management is required. NetSuite ERP experience preferred.
- Familiarity with RF-Smart or similar warehouse management software is a plus.
