Job Title: Equipment Parts Sales, Warehouse & Shipping

Compensation:$78,000 per year
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain parts warehouse to ensure efficiency and cleanliness
- Process and ship customer orders accurately and on time
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to identify, recommend, and sell needed parts and services
- Operate a forklift to manage warehouse inventory
- Ensure high levels of organization and customer satisfaction daily
Requirements
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Effective communication skills (telephone and email)
- Verifiable experience in parts sales or applicable mechanical/service background
- Familiarity with inventory management
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 70 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Mechanical background
- Industry-related experience
- Forklift operation certification
- 2+ years of experience in equipment parts sales, warehouse, and shipping
Skills Required
- Basic computer proficiency

Our Client supplies batching and mixing equipment to the concrete industry, offering systems designed to reduce downtime, service costs, and parts expenses. All core equipment is manufactured in-house at our factory in Denmark. This role is based at our North American office in Ridgefield, WA.
