About the Company:

We are a leading manufacturer of precast and prestressed concrete products, specializing in bridge beams, sound walls, and custom structural elements. As we expand operations and look toward opening additional plants, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Plant Manager to take the lead and build their own high-performing team from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily plant operations including production, maintenance, quality control, and shipping.
  • Provide strong, hands-on leadership to production staff and team leads.
  • Ensure a culture of safety by implementing and maintaining rigorous safety protocols.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across processes, quality, and efficiency.
  • Play a key role in recruiting, mentoring, and developing your own team — this is an open slate to shape the operation.
  • Collaborate across departments to align production goals with customer needs and company growth objectives.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with all regulatory, quality, and safety standards, including OSHA and PCI.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and transparent work environment.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of production or plant management experience in the precast/prestressed concrete industry.
  • Experience with prestressed concrete is required.
  • Familiarity with bridge and girder production is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of PCI standards; PCI Level III certification is a plus.
  • Proven track record of leading teams, improving operational performance, and managing change.
  • Deep understanding of safety best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
