Role Overview
Warrior Precast is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to assume full responsibility for day-to-day operational leadership across plant and field operations. This role is designed to partner closely with the President/Owner by providing disciplined execution, organizational leadership, and operational clarity—allowing senior leadership to focus on strategic growth and top-line initiatives.
The Senior Operations Manager will act as the operational “hub,” ensuring people, processes, and production move efficiently at a high tempo while maintaining safety, quality, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily plant and field operations, ensuring consistent execution and workflow efficiency.
- Develop a comprehensive, 360-degree understanding of manufacturing, production, and field installation operations by spending time both in the plant and in the field.
- Provide strong organizational leadership across diverse operational processes and teams.
- Coordinate resources, schedules, and priorities to maintain flexibility and responsiveness to changing demands.
- Establish operational discipline while fostering trust and credibility with both plant and field teams.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted operational partner to the President/Owner, providing transparency, feedback, and executional follow-through.
Functional Competencies
- Proven operational leadership experience across manufacturing, production, or complex operational environments.
- Strong intellect, aptitude, and trainability—direct precast experience is not required .
- Ability to think critically, adapt quickly, and manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success operating in high-tempo, hands-on leadership environments.

Education & Background
- No specific educational requirement.
- Open to candidates from operations, manufacturing, construction, armed services, or related industries (including panelized wood wall manufacturing).
- Leadership experience is prioritized over industry-specific technical expertise.
Team & Reporting Structure
- Direct oversight of approximately 22 plant crew members and 16 field crew members .
- Reports directly to the President/Owner.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $150,000
