Warrior Precast is seeking a driven, honest, and gritty Sales Representative to grow business across its regional territory. This role focuses on relationship-driven sales, project estimating, and job kick-offs, with increasing autonomy and responsibility over the first year.
The ideal candidate is comfortable prospecting, understands construction math and drawings, and can communicate clearly with contractors, engineers, and internal teams.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities
First 60 Days
- Ramp up quickly and begin operating independently
- Learn Warrior Precast products, pricing, and estimating processes
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers
6–12 Months
- Achieve consistent commission performance (target ~$7K by 6 months)
- Manage sales opportunities from prospecting through project kickoff
- Spend approximately:
- 25% of time prospecting and business development
- 75% estimating, quoting, and managing awarded projects
Ongoing Responsibilities
- Prospect new customers and projects within the assigned territory
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Prepare accurate estimates and pricing proposals
- Conduct cold outreach with confidence and persistence
- Coordinate closely with internal production and operations teams
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, honesty, and integrity
Required Skills & Competencies
Must-Have Functional Competencies

Technical Skills
