Technical Services Manager – Nashville, TN
IMI Concrete is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead and elevate its ready-mix concrete quality function in the Nashville region. This role is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing day-to-day QC operations, supporting a high-performing team, and ensuring consistent quality across approximately 500,000 cubic yards of annual production serving both residential and commercial projects.
Reporting into regional leadership, the Technical Services Manager operates with a high level of independence, serves as an escalation point for complex quality and customer issues, and partners closely with operations, production, sales, and vendors. The role includes direct customer engagement, oversight of mix design development, and accountability for maintaining IMI’s strong reputation for quality and technical excellence.
Key Qualifications:
Experience in ready-mix concrete quality control, strong knowledge of mix design and concrete performance, and demonstrated leadership ability in fast-paced production environments. DOT work certification required; CIM degree preferred. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Nashville, TN(onsite role). Compensation ranges from $100,000–$120,000, plus a full benefits package and potential relocation support.
